Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Net Partner
What is Net Partner?
Net Partner is a web-based secure financial aid portal for Talladega College students (both prospective and enrolled) to view various components of their financial aid application. This portal is also your first source to receive updates on needed documents, awarded scholarships, grants, student loans, and other financial sources concerning your student aid.
How do I access Net Partner?
Students will need to select, "First Time User-Click Here" to access the portal. You will be prompted to verify your Student ID number and answer three security questions. Please ensure that each question and answer is unique and not repeated. When creating your password, be sure to follow the requirements, it must include at least one uppercase, lowercase, one number and one special character.
Please retain the login information you create to access your account at a later time. Just in case you forget it, there is a forgot password option that is listed under the login section.
How do I view my financial aid awards on Net Partner?
Once logged in, navigate to the Menu (drop-down box) and select the option to Accept Awards, then follow the on-screen instructions, please agree to the terms and conditions and submit. You will be directed over to another page to accept your awards. Please review each component of your award carefully and make your selections. You may accept or decline individual awards or choose to accept or decline all at once. Be sure to submit your decision after making your selections. Additionally, don't forget to complete the Financial Aid Action Items available in Your Documents or Important Information.
What if I don't see my awards listed?
If you have submitted all requested documents to our office, we will review your record within the next 5-7 business days. Once our review is complete, your awards should appear under your NetPartner Portal. As a standard practice, we will send you an email via your student email address notifying you when your award letter is available for review.

If you are a first time user, please click the New Student or New User? link to the right. If you are a returning user, please enter your credentials (Student ID & Password).To access the online system, enter your Talladega College Student ID and password received by completing the New User Registration or using your previously created credentials. If you have issues with logging in to your account, please contact the Financial Aid Office at finaid@talladega.edu. You must have either a FAFSA or financial aid record already established at Talladega College in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing online the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, 001046, on your application and we will automatically receive a copy within 3-5 business days after you submit it.
